Any person qualified under Bye-Law 4 (a) and desirous of becoming a Fellow, shall forward his application to the Council of the prescribed Form, duly endorsed by one Fellow and two Associates of the Institute, and accompanied by the form of Declaration, the prescribed Entrance Fee and the current year’s Subscription, which amounts will be returned in case of non-election. (Please take print of the form in A4 size)

Associate
