It has been brought to the notice of the Supervisor and Scrutineers by a mail by Ar. Nikhil Mohan Mishra that you have circulated a mail to voters with an attachment of IIA Logo and a list of Candidates of Northern Chapter,which is in violation of the notice published -not to use the logo for election purpose.
As directed by them you are requested to give an explanation of its veracity and why suitable action cannot be initiated against you for its misuse.
